The studies behind ClinicalMiner and its de-identification engine, and the data they rest on. The data are published openly, so that anyone can check the results or test their own system on the same material.

Greek Clinical De-identification Benchmark: 500 synthetic discharge notes with arbitrated gold standard, scoring rules and system outputs

  • The first public benchmark for de-identification of Greek clinical text.
  • 500 fully synthetic discharge notes (cardiac surgery, cardiology, nephrology). No real patient appears in it.
  • 7,937 identifiers that must be removed, annotated by two independent reviewers and arbitrated.
  • 6,747 clinical details that must survive, so that over-redaction can be measured as well as leaks.
  • Includes the scoring rules and code, and realistic PDF renderings of every note.
  • Το πρώτο δημόσιο σημείο αναφοράς (benchmark) για την ανωνυμοποίηση ελληνικού κλινικού κειμένου.
  • 500 πλήρως συνθετικά εξιτήρια (καρδιοχειρουργική, καρδιολογία, νεφρολογία). Δεν περιέχει κανέναν πραγματικό ασθενή.
  • 7.937 στοιχεία ταυτοποίησης που πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν, επισημειωμένα από δύο ανεξάρτητους αξιολογητές και με διαιτησία.
  • 6.747 κλινικά στοιχεία που πρέπει να διατηρηθούν, ώστε να μετράται και η υπερβολική αφαίρεση, όχι μόνο οι διαρροές.
  • Περιλαμβάνει τους κανόνες και τον κώδικα βαθμολόγησης, και ρεαλιστικές αποδόσεις PDF κάθε εξιτηρίου.
